Al Ain city Regional Blood Bank
honored AADC for its constant
support
of
blood
donation
campaigns, in coincidence with the
World Blood Donor Day. During the
ceremony held on the occasion of the
World Blood Donor Day, the Regional
Blood Bank commended the nobility
and courage of regular blood
donors and praised the companies
and institutions supporting blood
donation campaigns during the past
years, noting that AADC spares no
effort in promoting such campaigns
and highly cares to disseminate
awareness among its employees
and urge them to engage in voluntary
work, to boost the efforts of public
health preservation. It is worth
noting that AADC shall continue to
support the Regional Blood Bank in
promoting such campaigns.
AADC
received
students
participating in its distinguished
summer training program organized
by Abu Dhabi Education Council.
The number of students added up to
28, from high school, knowing that
the training continues for a month,
with the purpose of equipping
trainees with practical experience
complementing
theoretical
study. It also aims at developing
their capacities based on real
work environment and polishing
their academic knowledge with
experience, in a way that uplifts
the quality of output and serves the
State’s march of development.
AADC entertainment of this group
of students comes within framework
of its societal responsibility, and as
part of a series of societal training
and activity programs held by
the company, based on its policy
aiming at social participation and
interaction and its keenness on
qualifying and training national
cadres to bring about a distinctive
generation capable of keeping
up with the requirements of the
State’s current and prospective
comprehensive
development.
The company welcomed trainees
during the meeting with them,
distributed them among the different
departments and sections, such as
human resources, administration
and assets section, and urged them
to seize the opportunity in polishing
their personalities and acquiring
new skills that would help them in
plunging into the labor market.
