Show
AADC participated in the Small
Investor Show organized by Al Ittihad
National School, as part of a series
of participations for consumption
rationalization, through which the
company addresses students and
community individuals to promote
safety and security. It is also meant
to provide awareness about the
most appropriate means of water
and electricity rationalization and
enlighten these categories about the
importance of conserving water and
electricity, as well as maintaining
safety and security during the use of
such resources.
AADC participation involved an
introductory presentation about
water and electricity rationalization
at home and the objective thereof,
along with illustration of the ways to
maintain rationalization and secure
an optimum and safe environment for
the use of appliances in an economic
manner that saves water and
electricity. The presentation included
elaboration on the means to avoid
electricity risks, besides illustration of
safety instructions in using domestic
electrical appliances, and the ways
to rationalize water consumption in
daily life.
The students acquainted with
the informative corner about
rationalization, through which AADC
aims to raise awareness among
community members on issue of
rationalization and optimum use of
energy. There, the students viewed
a group of ordinary lamps and other
energy-saving lamps connected
to an electrical meter that shows
the difference between both types
of lamps in terms of the amount
of power consumed as well as in
cost calculations. They were also
informed through this corner about
the differences between old meters
and other new automatic meters,
and the way to operate, disconnect
and remotely read the latter.
