AADC sponsoring the second
HCT Human Resources conference
Higher Colleges of Technology (HCT)
administration organized a coordination
meeting with its strategic partners,
including AADC, Al Ain Municipality, Al
Noor Hospitals, UAEU, Al Ain Health
Authority, in the HCT Meetings Hall for
female students. The meeting aimed
at finding solutions to some problems
and impediments of joint work that
requires coordination, monitoring
and standardization of procedures to
reduce the time and effort of auditors
regarding joints transactions requiring
bilateral consent, through activation of
electronic systems and harnessing it for
the common good.

AADC sponsored the events of
the second Human Resources
Conference of the Higher Colleges of
Technology (HCT), which were held
in Al Ain Women’s College (AAWC)
under the slogan “Capacity Building
for the UAE›s -7Year Journey”. The
goal was to exchange optimum
practices and promote current
positive relations among public
and private institutions and circles,
besides attracting and sponsoring
talented UAE youth.
Through its participation in the
conference, AADC was keen to
attract and sponsor the UAE youth
and invest their creative potential in
pushing the wheel of development.
The conference involved nine
specialized workshops conducted
by human resources experts to
help the participants develop
human resources development in
their institutions and develop their
own work according to the latest
international practices in the field.
