AADC Safety, Health, Environment,
Security and Quality Department
organized a wrap-up meeting with
the external audit team of the German
company awarding the ISO certificate
of Integrated Management System
(IMS). The meeting was held in AADC
Main Building and attended by a
number of departments and sections
managers and heads with the purpose
of assessing AADC staff and evaluating
AADC-employed systems.
In the presence of departments and
sections managers and heads, AADC
General Manager, Mohamed Bin Omair
Al Shamsi received the company’s
IMS license renewal certificates for
the second consecutive year from
the German company awarding
ISO certificates, in the following
systems: ISO 9001:2008 for Quality
Management System, ISO 14001:2004
for
Environmental
Management
System and OHSAS 18001:2007
for Occupational Health and Safety
Management System 18001:2007.

event for its
staff
AADCHumanResourcesDepartment
organized an Open Day for its staff in
the Main Building, under the slogan
‘Eqrab Sawubana [Get closer to
us]’, which activities lasted for two
days. The event aimed to serve staff
through answering their queries and
allowing them the opportunity to
discuss the most important issues
and programs that contribute to
enrichment of intellectual exchange
and fulfillment of their needs in the
required speed and accuracy.
Through organizing this event, HR
Department seeks to extend bridges
of communication and to exchange
knowledge and expertise between
leaders and staff within the company.
It also aimed at allowing the staff
the opportunity to discuss the major
topics and programs that contribute to
enrichment of intellectual exchange and
acquaintancewiththemeanstoapplynew
mechanisms that would upgrade work
and procure a comfortable environment
for the employees themselves.
During the event, HR Department
focusedontheimportanceofincarnating
the principle of cooperation and joint
coordination between employees and
their administration through activating
their participation in such events
organizedby thecompany. This ismeant
toproduce a different awareness among
the various categories of employees
towards their rights.
