the development
of customer service

The Department of Security, Health, Safety and Environment of Al Ain Distribution Company has organized awareness
lectures concerning the public safety and security over two stages in cooperation with Emirate Transport. The first stage
targeted the drivers of public transport in Emirate Transport – Al Senayaa branch – Al Ain City, while the second stage
targeted the female supervisors of transport and safety in the school buses – Al Fawaa branch.
Al Ain Distribution Company launches several awareness campaigns and courses that aim as explaining the concept of
public safety and the optimum methods of its following.
Awareness lectures for the public transport drivers
It is a must to make the transport driver aware of the rules of public security and safety as they are liable to secure the
passengers safety during their transfer to and from work places.
Awareness lectures for the female supervisors of safety and transport
It is a must to make the female supervisors of safety and transport aware of the safety rules and the proper methods of
rationalization by means of the optimum usage of power resources, as the female supervisors are liable to secure the
students safety while their transfer from and to their houses, supervise them directly inside the school and secure their
safety in it.
Muhammad Salem Bin Omayer Al Shamsi, General Manger of Al Aind
Distribution Company, has convened with the staff of customer service
management in Rayhan Rotana Hotel with the aim of developing the
services provided to the public, facilitating the procedures and activating
the electronic services.
Al Shamsi has watched presentation submitted by the Managing Director
of customer service department concerning the development plans
that have been recently applied in the management, including creating
the electronic archive for customers› transactions and introducing an
advanced system to reduce the period of time required to execute the
requests submitted to the Company, in addition to the electronic link
between all centers of customer service in Al Ain City to accelerate the
execution of transactions and reduce the required period of time.
The company›s management of customer service develops annual and
quarterly report to measure the customers› level of satisfaction, including
individuals and commercial and industrial bodies to benefit from the
Company›s customers remarks to properly develop the current services
and future planning to meet the public›s needs.
AlShamsihasstressed,duringthemeeting,ontheimportanceofpermanent
development and the creation of various means of communication which
shall play an important role in developing and updating the services in
a manner that suits the public›s needs. The development of service is
considered one of the most important features of strategic planning
applied by Al Ain Distribution Company.
