Shamsi, General Manager of Al
Ain Distribution Company has
honored the department applying
the
integrated
management
system best according to (ISO)
rules. Al Shamsi has also honored
the employees distinguished in
performing the works assigned
thereto and who contributed in the
development and success of work.
Al Shamsi stated that such award
aims at finding a mechanism of
competition between the different
sections and departments of the
Company to achieve the strategic
goals with the aim of improving
the level of quality and customer
service by means of measuring the
performance indexes and compare
the same to the achieved results.
Al Shamsi has emphasized on the
necessity to preserve the positive
results achieved by the Company,
achieve better rates during the
coming period and reach the
vision which stipulates that the
Company shall be one the first

about rationalization for children in
cooperation with Al Ain Center for the
Care and Rehabilitation of the People
with Special needs with the aim of
generalizingthecultureof rationalization
to all community members without
distinction, including the people with
special needs.

the care for the people with special
needs is considered a basic goal in
Abu Dhabi esteemed government
agenda from which Al Ain Company
has derived its vision. The translation
of rationalization stories in Braille aims
at developing positive community
orientations concerning the classes of
the first degree to be included within
the other community classes, after
four companies over the world in
terms of the index of performance
of water and electricity sector by
2020.
Al Shamsi has congratulated the
department of finance on this
award stressing on the necessity to
double efforts to enhance the role
performed by the Company.
The departments and sections were
evaluated according to criteria that
depend on the reports issue by the
internal auditing, in addition to other
criteria that have been considered
and approved by means of
coordination with the coordinators
of the integrated management
system in all departments and
sections of the Company based on
the requirements of global quality.
The object of such process
was to encourage and spread
the awareness among all the
departments and sections of
the Company concerning the
importance of the integrated
management system in developing
that developing the level of services
submitted to our sons with special
needs according to the most effective
global practices.
