At the conclusion of the ceremony, The General Manager has
honored 40 workers and technicians spent approximately
20 years in the service of Al Ain Distribution Company. This
comes as a part of the Company›s interest in its employees
as an appreciation for their efforts and dedication in the
performance of their works.
Al Ain Distribution Company has organized different events for 600
workers and technicians in the celebration of Labor Day under
the slogan of «together to better giving» with the aim enhancing
the spirit of communication between the different categories of
workers. The event organization has coincided with the UAE and
its institutions celebration with the Labor Day corresponding to
1 May of every year. The celebration was organized as a part of
the growing interest of human rights in general and labor rights
in particular.
Al Ain Distribution Company pays attention to educate
and familiarize the employees with the importance of the
worker›s role in our life as a recognition and appreciation
to the leading role they play in building anf executing the
Company›s projects. The Company seeks to establish the
idea that the workers are real partners in the process of
development that the country witnesses.
The events have included different cultural, recreational and
sport competitions and free medical checks for the workers
at in cooperation with a team belongs to Al Noor Medical
Hospital, such checks have included tests of blood
sugar, blood pressure, weight and height measurement
and body mass. The events have included also
the distribution of leaflets for the awareness of the
instructions and precautions that the workers will adhere
to in the work sites.
The Department of human resources and management of
the company has organized open meeting for the workers
coinciding with the Company›s celebration with the Labor
Day. This comes as a part of the Department of Human
Resource›s keenness on the direct communication with the
workers, familiarizing them with the procedures and regulations
applicable in the Department and the committee of ideas receiving
of the workers proposals and executing the proper of which.
On this occasion, the General Manager of Al Ain Distribution Company,
Muhammad Salim Bin Omayer Al Shamsi has said that «we share the
workers their celebration as we appreciate their important role in the
society and as appreciation from our part their efforts and contributions
in the success of projects to upgrade the level of services provided by the
Company.
