AADC engineers acquaint with
the projects of Alia International
Schools on theWorld Energy Day

-,AADC engineers acquainted
with the projects of Alia
International School students.
The even coincides with
celebration of the World Energy
Day in Alia International School.
The company’s role was focused
on raising awareness about the
importance of rationalizing and
reducing energy consumption to
conserveenvironment, and in turn
a lecture was delivered including
an overview about electricity
generation and water production
and transfer from stations to
consumers. On the other hand,
engineers acquainted with some
projects conducted by the school
male and female students, and –
evaluating it – they distributed
gifts among students who made
the best designs.
AADCparticipated in Al Wagan Second
Heritage Festival organized by Al Ain
Municipality – Sothern Region -, in
Al Wagan Wedding Hall, which also
witnessed the participation the region’s
schools and women leading small
investments and various innovations.
Through its participation, AADC seeks
to target the largest possible segment
of students and to guide them to proper
habits of energy consumption and raise
their awareness about the importance
of conserving water and electricity and
about the optimum use of both.
Duringitsparticipationtoo,thecompany
delivered awareness-raising lectures
to guide students and inform them
about the importance of rationalizing
water and electricity consumption
and of adherence to the for domestic
safety and security prerequisites for
procurement of sustainability. AADC
distributed rationalizationstoriesamong
students, about the ways to rationalize
water and electricity and about safety. It
also conducted entertainment contests
around rationalization of energy
consumption, and gifts and posters
were distributed among the winners.
At the conclusion of the festival, Al
Ain Municipality – Southern Region –
honored AADC for its constant and
ongoing efforts for the dissemination of
rationalization culture.
