AADC participates in the Best Practices Forum in the field of
providing services to the elderly and persons with special needs
AADC participated in the Best
Practices Forum in the field of
providing services to the elderly
and persons with special needs,
organized by the General Directorate
of Residency and Foreigners Affairs –
Al Ain. The Forum also witnessed the
participation of a number of service-
providing government authorities in
Abu Dhabi, Dubai and Al Ain.
Through its participation in such
forums, AADC aims to exchange
expertise and successful and
pioneering experiences in the field of
service delivery to customers and to
cope with the vision and orientations
of UAE leadership, by developing
and improving services delivered
to customers in all sectors and
administrations.
Indeed, the segment of the elderly and
persons with special needs is always
given priority in all administrations,
and they enjoy a special care enjoined
above all by our Islamic religion. The
judicious government also cared to
maintain such a special care, which
was assisted by the UAE community
values, and gave directives in the
different government departments
and institutions.
During the forum, the company
reviewed its experiences and services
dedicated to the elderly and persons
with special needs, noting that it has
always been keen to communicate
with its clients and customers, and
to maintain the services provided to
them uninterrupted, especially when
they are subject to domestic medical
care and have medical appliances at
home that need constant operation.
