AADC offers consultancy service to applicants for
housing loans
Through its participation in the
First National Housing Loans
Exhibition held under the auspices
of H.E. Sheikh Tahnun Bin Zayed Al
Nahyan, Deputy National Security
Advisor and Chairman of First Gulf
Bank, Abu Dhabi National Exhibition
Centre (ADNEC), AADC offered a
free consultancy service. AADC
participation in the exhibition, which
is the first of its kind in Abu Dhabi,
aims to communicate with citizens
seeking to raise housing loans or
applying for it, and informing them of
the latest technologies for water and
electricity rationalization. It also aims
at introducing the free consultancy
service provided by the company to
ensure the guarantees of safety and
protection necessary for water and
electricity extensions at homes, with
the purpose of maintaining the safety
of individuals and enforcing efforts
of consumption rationalizations,
besides enlightening the public on
the risk of random extensions and
overloads.
Consultancy services are offered
for already existent residential
buildings as well as for buildings
and homes intended to be built
alike. Through this service, a team
of AADC specialized technicians
conducts fields visits to residential
buildings to evaluate it and offer
technical advice to the owners about
water extensions and electricity
connections, and the best available
options for consumption.
The consultancy service is also
considered an optimum means to
help residents identify the main
electricity and water consumption
outlets at their homes and to inform
them about the best rationalization
mechanisms they can start
implementing. The service also
involves monitoring any defects that
might affect the safety of residents.
