AADC delegation acquaints with
the best “institutional excellence”
practices in Belgium
An AADC delegation attended
the Excellence Forum in Belgium
(Brussels), in coincidence with the
European Foundation for Quality
Management (EFQM) celebrations
of the Silver Jubilee «25 years of
excellence.» The delegation was
headed by the AADCGeneral Manager,
Muhammad Bin Omair Al Shamsi and
a number of excellence ambassadors
from among the company employees.
The delegation also attended the
workshops accompanying the forum
with the purpose of acquainting with
expertiseandexperiments that promote
the march of excellence.
It is worth noting that AADC earned the
membership of EFQM, which supports
nearly 30 thousand institutions around
the world towards achievement of
sustainability of excellence. Here,
AADC acquisition of the membership
is considered a practical appreciation
of the company’s persistent efforts in
entrenching quality and excellence.
Besides, the company works on
benefiting from the foundation’s
sources through hosting experts
and exchanging visits to enforced
excellence standards at a larger extent.
This is meant for the company to reach
international levels attained by the
foundation’s member institutions, and
to ensure that AADC – like any other
international EFQM member institution
– can gain practical benefit from such
knowledge base of the organization
through conducting benchmarking
studies of cognitive quality and
standard. Such membership shall help
in highlighting the company’s efforts
and its quest for success.
