Towards a sustainable excellence
AADC set the roadmap for sustainable
institutional excellence as a title for its strategic
plan, and cared to materialize its vision for
development of services, procurement of
customers’ satisfaction and implementation of
the best world standards in this respect. The
company developed that roadmap as a guide
for its work, initiatives and development projects
targeting fulfillment of its Strategic Plan 2020.
Through it, the company aims to promote its
status on regional level and its competitiveness
on the international scene and on the national
agenda. The ultimate objective is to transform
AADC into one of the best water and electricity
distribution companies by 2020.
Within the framework of our support for
institutional excellence and within our vision for
AADC to become a sustainable institution on an
internationallevel,AADChaslaunchedasamotto
for its award for internal excellence, “Towards a
sustainable excellence.” This springs from the
company’s commitment to entrenchment of the
foundations for sustainable excellence and the
spread of its related practices through securing
a positive work environment that contribute to
individual and institutional upgrade. This would
result from adopting the best international
practices in all our operations, and exchanging
the best practices through promotion of the
culture of institutional excellence and circulation
of it among all the company staff.
AADC thus has highlighted the support and
promotion of the employees’ role in their course
towards sustainable excellence, besides
exchangeofexpertise,knowledge,andoptimum
practices with pioneering companies and
institutions in the fields of business excellence.
Finally, I would like to note that in the journey of
excellence, there isnowinner and loser, for every
employeewho joins the journey shall deservedly
win the ticket to excellence.
