Al Shamsi added that the participation
in career exhibitions every year is part of
the policy of Abu Dhabi Tawteen Council
by creating special career opportunities
for nationals and enabling researchers
to find jobs that suit their qualifications
and in line with their expectations.
The company participates every year
in career exhibitions depending on its
keenness on playing a prominent role
in the process of employment and
tawteen which is considered a national
and social responsibility and all efforts
of all authorities shall be combined for
that target.
The Managing Director of AADC,
Mohamed Bin Omair Al Shamsi
declared that the participation in Abu
Dhabi Career Fair – 2012 comes as part
of the plan of effectuating the program
of nationalizing jobs and increasing
their levels in comply with Abu Dhabi
plan 2030 that aims to the creation of
a sustainable economy that depends on
knowledge.
BinOmair Confirmed that the exhibition
is an opportunity to communicate with
public and offer new job vacancies in
the company to attract national cadres,
provide them with skills and wide
knowledge through the program of
development and professional training
applied in the company to help them
start a successful career path providing
them the opportunity to prove their
capabilities in different work fields
based on specialty and field, specially
the technical and engineering jobs.

AADC participated in the
AbuDhabiCareer Fair2012,
held in Abu Dhabi National
Exhibition in order for
the company to present
a range of administrative,
engineering and technical
jobs for the qualified UAE
job seekers who seek
a job in an appropriate
environment.
Al Shamsi said that this participation
came in this humanitarian day out
of our understanding to this event,
meanings and noble humanitarian
dimensions in everyone in the society,
and out our permanent keenness on achieving communication
effective participation in all sectors of the society. It aims also
to enhance the communal participation with the persons with
special disabilities as well as seeking to make them happy and
glad by giving them the opportunity to express their talents
and encouraging them to work and merge in society.
Celebration included many events topped by the anthem in
sign language in addition to the presentation of some songs,
poetry and shows that confirms the country concern and care
of persons with disabilities.
Public relation division in AADC provided gifts, books, and
rationalization letters and communicated as well with
parents came with their children for spreading the culture of
rationalizing water-electricity consumption.
