participated in the second
forum that was held by
people of Al Ain city center’s
sector, together with other
foundations, corporations
and government agencies.
The forum was organized
by Al Ain Municipality for
the city center’s sector, and
was held at the municipality
theater in March 2012. We will continue meeting you on the pages of AADC periodical
bulletin continues, availing this opportunity to talk about the
most important and prominent rationalization campaigns
recently organized by the management to raise awareness about
the importance of rationalizing water and electricity use, and the
risks of electricity in order to avoid wastes and maintain country
resources.
The forum presented the latest services
achieved to serve the customers.
Pointes that were discussions focused
on development projects and the
areas that needs water and electricity
services. This participation from the
part of the Company proves that the
company is keen on participating
in community activities in order to
improve and develop the services
provided to the community through
direct communication. The forum was
attended by a number of government
agencies including health and service,
security, etc.
Engineer Bader Naser Alzhli, Manager
of the electricity department at the
company replied to public inquiries
and interventions presented by one of
the audience. He discussed with the
audience the new extensions made in
Al Zahra, Mazied and Umm Gava areas,
and explained to the audience that the
things they complain from now are
meant to serve them and meet their
needs, and will contribute to raising
the level of services provided by Al Ain
Company, which in turn meet customer
needs.
TheMinistry of Interior worked on laying
down the policies aiming to support the
means of knowledge and enlightement
regarding the security and safety
precautions for all segments of the
society, based on the Ministry’s strategic
target that aims to increase awareness
about precautionary measures and
laying down the foundations for security
and safety means.
The doors of Civil Defense Department
have always been open for cooperation
with all departments and institutions in
the country to support their programs
and targets aiming to rationalize the
use of available services, in addition
to exerting efforts to preserve,
protecting, and evaluating the country’s
capabilities. In this context, we
recognize the importance of energy and
water in modern human’s life, which
are both blessings from Almighty God.
Therefore, efforts should be united
to maintain, develop, and use those
resources in such ways that ensure their
sustainability. Our management has
already executed orientation programs
in the path of strengthening the aspects
of water and electricity rationalization,
where call-for-rationalization brochures
and posters have been prepared and
distributed, to call for rationalization
of water along with urging the
firefighters to use water in such
quantity of water which is suitable for
the magnitude of incident. In addition,
instructions have been issued for all
management personnel to adhere to
the rationalization of electricity, plus
using electrical appliances within the
range of need only, monitoring the
performance of air-conditioners, and
making sure that all electrical and
electronic appliances are turned off at
the end of working hours. At the end, we
would like to praise the efforts made by
Al Ain Distribution Company, and value
their permanent efforts to satisfy their
customers, either private institutions,
governmental departments, or
individuals.
