Al Ain Distribution Company organized an awareness program for e-security standards in light of the
recommendations of the National e-Security Authority. The program aims to raise employees’ awareness of
the concept of cybersecurity and its relation to electronic security in addition to the risks resulting from using
internet, misuse of social media, how to deal properly with to technology, information emergencies, ways to
hack accounts and means of protection.
The lecturer also introduced to the staff the domestic and international policies, laws and legislation and practices
related to cybersecurity, cybercrime and their penalties, and howto act in case of a cybercrime, cybersecurity.
Human Resources and Management Department of Al Ain Distribution Company was keen on keeping pace with
the progress and development of systems in anticipation of the future, consolidation of strategic values and
objectives of human resources, through the use of creative and innovative methods that achieve the maximum
degree of excellence in corporate performance efficiently and effectively.
Mrs/Hessa Al-Darmaki, Acting Director of Human Resources and Management Department, said
that we
are keen in the Human Resources and Management Department on building qualified national cadres capable
of keeping pace with rapid life and technological developments, through the introduction of the method of
applying the system of promotions and adjustments for the Company’s employees, so that eligible staff can
apply in the HR and management System HRMS, in contrast to what was followed previously, which in turn
ensures the ease of procedures and speed of performance, accuracy in results, saving time and reducing the
chances of loss of communication, which results in increased efficiency and productivity of work.
Where the system is available to protect information and the system deals with a large volume of data, and
the main objective of the development is to reduce the reliance on correspondents in order to be the Human
Resources andManagement Department (paperlessmanagement) inorder to increase the efficiency of electronic
communication by reducing the consumption of paper in correspondence and copying.
