AL Hafiz Al Sagheer Competition

Training courses for

Excellent Performance

in Customer Service

Manpower Planning and Development Department at the Human Resources and Management Section

of Al Ain Company organized special in-house training courses for the employees of the Customer Service

Department at the company headquarters, which came in the field of excellent performance in customer

service and in communication skills that include body language, team work, creativity and innovation.

Mr. Khalid Al Mansoori, Senior Training Officer, Manpower Planning and Development Department,

stressed that the aim of the courses is to provide the employees with the basic skills of the work and

prepare them to compete with the latest knowledge skills through training and development programs

that help them to perform their tasks and functions duly. Al Mansoori added that continuous training

courses and workshops throughout the year contribute effectively to improving the performance and

establish the concepts embraced by the vision of Al Ain Distribution Company to become the constants of

the training process carried out by the number of employees of the company and who have the certificate

of a certified trainer in various disciplines, that are based upon the modern training methods that simulate

the practical reality and the interaction and participation to improve performance.

Al Ain Distribution Company launched the “AL Hafiz Al Sagheer”

Competition in 2018 in cooperation with the General Authority of

Islamic Affairs and Endowments, a competition to memorize the

Holy Quran according to the recitation skills and Tajweed rules,

during May 2018. The Competition targets the employees of the

Company within the following age groups: the first group from

5-7 years, the second group from 8-11 years, and

the third group from 12-15 years). The Competition

included the memorization of parts of the Holy

Quran as per the age group in accordance with

the conditions of the Competition ;the most

important of which is that the competitor shall

be well acquainted with the articulation, cases of stopping and initiation, and perfect in

the rules of Tajweed. The Competition is part of a series of cultural activities launched by

Al Ain Distribution Company in the framework of instilling the spirit of competition among

children and improving their skills in mastering the recitation of the Holy Quran, and also

in highlighting talents of memorization through the competition for the title of “AL Hafiz Al

Sagheer”. The Competition was concluded by honouring the winner and the distribution of

gifts to the excellent competitors to encourage them to memorize the Quran.
