The Health, Safety, Environment and Quality Department at AL Ain Distribution Company had organized an awareness session about the heat stress in three languages, Arabic English and Urdu to all the company employees and the company technicians to educate them about the risks of the heat stress in order to save their lives. The session has been attended by a huge number of the company staff from different company sites.
Whereas , Al Ain Distribution Company is composed from several nationalities and multiplicity of cultures, so they need special and developed approaches that suite their requirements and consider their diversification in the learning process , these were the reasons why we have conducted the courses in several languages so as to reach to the most number of the staff levels and cultures and to upgrade the learning skills of the company staff in respect with the heat stress and to reduces the resulted harms and to prepare the company employees for the expected hazards from the heat stress reduce accidents
