The Human Resources Department at Al Ain Distribution Company had organized the second “HR Open Day “under the theme” EQRAB SOBNA” at the company main building for (2) days. The aim of this open day is to listen for the employees concerns and reply on their queries in respect with the work issues and for the exchange of information regarding the work procedures and make use of the employees suggestions and comments.
The Human Resources Department is always keen on organizing such open days in order to strengthen the relations and ties among the company employees and their line supervisors, also for sharing relevant organizational information and beginning a process of learning about the organization’s mission and work so as to increase the work productivity and creating a comfortable work environment for the employees. The Human Resources Department has stressed on the importance of attending such open days and activities by the company staff to be well aware of their rights and duties and they have also confirmed the mutual cooperation among the company employee and the joint work among the company Directorates and Departments.
