On November 2012 , AL Ain Distribution Company in collaboration with the Civil Defense Department and the concerned authorities such as , the Rescue and Ambulance Department and Police Investigation Department in AL Ain has organized a Mock Fire Emergency Drill at the DMS building at the Power House. This scenario was organized in order to assess the efficiency and readiness for both of the staff and the installed fire alarm systems at the company.
The evacuation process aiming to prepare the company staff on how to act in emergency and fire cases and to spread safety precautions and awareness related to such cases.
After finishing the trial H.E. Mohammed Salem Bin Omair ,AADC Managing Director met with the concerned parties and emphasized on the importance of such joint drills which are useful for saving and protecting the assets, employees and the customers . His Excellency also indicated the success of the trial was due to the efforts of the Civil Defense Department and the fast response of the staf who were evacuated within the standard times. And he thanked and appreciated the response of the staff on how to behave in case of emergencies.
