School Students
Al Ain Distribution participated in the Creativity and Innovation Exhibition organized by Al Ain
Municipality Department, the exhibition was held from 5 to 7 February 2018, alongside a number
of government and private entities in solidarity with the initiative of the
«UAE InnovationWeek»
which rises this year the motto of
«UAE Innovates»
.
Dr. Mahmoud Al-Hader from the Department of Asset Management at Al Ain Distribution Company, who
was awarded theOrder of the Innovative Employee of the Abu Dhabi Award for Excellence inGovernment
Performance, gave a lecture on innovation in technical education to students of the Technical Secondary
School.
The Doctor explained to the students the concepts of creativity and innovation as well as ways of
improvement and the difference between them to encourage them to create and
innovate in the field of technical education.
Dr. Mahmoud also highlighted the most important areas of innovation with showing in
the development of materials and technologies with improved specifications of better
operational and environmental efficiency and lower consumption of resources.
