Educational Lecture for Al Isra

Al Ain Distribution celebrates
WorldWater Day
On the occasion of World Water Day, which was held on 22 March, Al-Ain Distribution
Company organized a rationalization lecture at the Al-Isra Private School entitled
“Water
ConsumptionRationalization”
. The lecture included several axes such as rememberingwater
grace, how to conserve it, ways to change the individual behaviors, method of installing the
rationalization parts, periodic detection of leakage places and maintenance work to minimize
waste of water.
Al Ain Distribution Company invited customers to participate in water conservation on
the occasion of the World Water Day, which falls on 22 March of each year. This year,
raises banner of the Nature for Water, with the aim to raise awareness of water issues
and importance e of conserving it and rationalizing its use to achieve the sustainable
development goals and provide a healthier and more prosperous ecosystem.
“We are keen to raise awareness of the importance of reducing water consumption
throughout the year. We are working to create ways to encourage the community to rationalize
water consumption and electricity,” said Abdulla Al-Shuraani, Acting General Manager of Al Ain
Distribution Company. As a global issue, we aim to educate the public about the aggravating
issue of water shortages not only in the UAE but all over the World as well as encouraging
individuals and organizations to continue to preserve natural resources, emphasizing the role
of all sectors of the World, asserting the role of all community sectors and organizations in the
efforts exerted by the Country to conserve water to save it for the future generations.
