In coordination with
Al Ain Civil Defense,
AADC conducted a
fire drill experiment at
DMS building, to test
readiness of warning
andfirefighting systems
to deal with fire. Drill
engaged all staff inside
the building, to test
their ability to respond
to such incidents.

AADC offered 3 innovations
discovered by its staff,
including wires automatic
cutting devices, electric
operated control system,
through
mobile
phone,
in
addition
to
mini
programmable lab board,
to be used by engineers
and university students, in
anticipated defects tests,
without the need to visit
site.
AADC adopted a system for wires
automatic cutting, invented by one of its
staff. AADC is working for registering the
patent for this system to be displayed
during exhibition accompanying Future
Energy Summit to be organized next
January 2013.
Company organized an exhibition for
its staff innovations for two days during
October 2012, at AADC main office,
during which many technical innovations
and systems were displayed in relation
to electricity, in addition to drawing and
caricature, photography, handicrafts and
poetry shows, to highlight staff talents,
and enhance self confidence.

system for cutting wires,
and acquire its patent to

On the other hand,
Samer Ahmad meters
technician,
who
created
automatic
wires
cutting
system stressed that
system cuts wires
in automatic digital
standard, in specified
lengths, without any human
intervention, to support AADC in the
future and save more time & effort.
Regarding control system using mobile
phone, he said that idea is to program
system according to electric devices in
the car, air conditioner or automatic
door, with specific numbers, when dialed
system switches off any electric device in
the house.

& disaster conditions, and that current
experiment comes within AADC policy
to test skills and abilities to respond to
emergency situations, and to coordinate
with other concerned public authorities to
deal with any such events that may expose
