New service enhances
AADC
approach
to
provide
integrated
payment solutions in the
UAE
AADC signed a partnership agreement with Al-Ain
Civil Defense, to support and enhance current strategic
relationship between parties, in support of customers,
to reflect positive attitudes in providing service to
customers on all economic, social and security aspects,
in fulfillment of parties policy and strategic and achieve
their future objectives.
AADC signed an agreement for the
payment of water and electricity bills
through Al-Ansari Exchange branches, a
company specialized in providing financial
remittance and foreign currency exchange
in the UAE.

Agreement was signed by His Excellency
Mohammad Salem bin Omair Al-Shamsi
for AADC and Lieutenant Colonel Rashid
Mohammad Hamar Ain Al-Darmaki for Al-
Ain Civil Defense.
Executed agreement aims to achieve
strategic partnership through developing
mutual business approach and explore
cooperation means in different scientific,
cultural and security fields, and to utilize
different experiences, studies and searches
available to both parties to develop
institutional work.

Agreement signed between parties states
thatAl-Ansari Exchange shall receive water
& electricity bills amounts, fees and any
other fines charged to AADC subscribers,
without any additional fees.
His Excellency Mohammad bin Omair Al-
Shamsi, AADC General Manager said that
“This agreement is within AADC efforts
to implement honorable directives of Abu
Dhabi Government, to provide quality
services to customer, develop performance
in water & electricity sector to cope with
the major urban and population boom
witnessed by Al-Ain & UAE in general
during the last years.”
Bin Omair added that “this kind of service
contribution is clear in its ability to ease

a new developed stage in joint efforts
and mutual cooperation among different
planning, administrative and field sectors.
This strategic partnership shall support
efforts to promote performance, and to
provide the best services in conformance

and institutions, to develop joint work

integrated system between parties, and to
exchange views, experiences, information
and studies, and to support updating of
procedures for more developed services,
through a coordinative mechanism for
joint projects execution.

information, studies, researches, statistics,
and publications in different related fields,
in addition to distribution of evacuation
rules for emergency situations, community
education for electricity risks, that may
pose danger to individuals and property,

the surrounding community.
