We want to make sure you're completely clear about what you're paying and why, so we've designed our bills to be as straightforward as possible. This page explains the different information on your bill and how we've worked out what you need to pay us.

GET THE TOTAL FOR EACH AADC SERVICE

This is where you can get an overview of your bill breakdown. From understanding your last month’s balance to seeing the split between the water, electricity and other expenses in your total bill amount.

Recycled water customers will also see their Recycled water usage captured here. Non-commercial customers will see their payable amount, and commercial customers will see their indicative amount until 31 Dec 2023. Click here for more information on Recycled Water.

EASY VISUAL BREAKDOWN OF ALL YOUR SERVICES

Your monthly bill includes water, electricity, municipality and, for recycled water customers, recycled water fees. This is where you can understand them all in more detail. Compare your consumption to last year’s and see if it’s in the green band or red band, understand how this affects your bill amount and get alerted if you’re crossing the ideal amount. There’s even a yearly consumption graph that helps you understand your long-term behaviour and monitor your progress over time.
