Required Documents

1. Submit application and the required documents through the available channels

2. Receive an SMS in case of approval or an email in case of rejection

3. Present at the inspection location according to the confirmed appointment

4. Receive an SMS with rejection or a request to pay in case of approval

5. Receive report

Service Delivery Procedures

By  measurement and  100 AED Starting from the third inspection

Fees / Deposit

·         Fees are calculate according to the distance between the existing water line and the tank to be connected, the diameter of the waterline and the connection in addition to the technical supervision fees.

·         For all water connections over 40 mm in diameter, approval obtained from the Authority
