A workshop on power conversation at public sector

AADC in cooperation with Dar Zayed for Family Care conducted a series of awareness workshops on reducing consumption water, electricity and energy resources and preserving natural resources to achieve the targets of sustainable development. The workshop attended by some of Dar Zayed’s employees and family caregivers to spread conservation culture among the residences of dar zayed’s villas in Al Ain, about 28 villas.

The agenda started with a detailed description on the methods and ways to reduce power consumptions at home, work and public facilities as well as reaffirming that applying safety and security requirements will lead to a free hazard environment. Then, a presentation of the methods that help in electricity conservation such as; buying power efficient lights to replace them with traditional ones, advantages of using lights during the day and switching off unused lights and electrical appliances. Also, providing some conversation means to reduce water consumption in daily life and highlighting on safety and security requirements to avoid electrical hazards, as to preserve next generation’s right of water and power.
