Year of Zayed team in cooperation with Abu Dhabi waste management center, launched an event “Zayed and Environment”. This event came as an inspiration by quotes and actions of the late Shaikh Zayed Al nahyan- May his soul rest in peace, “protecting environment is a community matter and it’s a duty of each member of the community citizens and residents”.
Tadweer awareness team in coordination with world star company for waste management, conducted an awareness workshop on managing medical wastes. The aim of this workshop is to educate and aware employees of the huge hazards caused by mixing medical waste with general waste. The team provide skips outside AADC building in order to encourage employees to adopt the best environmental habits and behaviors.
It’s worth to be noted that Mr. Abdulla Al Sheriani, AADC acting managing director, honored the participated tadweer team and he stressed that initiatives, events, programs and environmental trainings will lead to enrich employees and community environmental awareness and responsibility.
