Required Documents

1. Submission of the required documents by the approved electricity contractor or project consultant.

2. Review of documents by customer service staff.

3. The applicant will receive  a text message indicating the rejection or acceptance of the required documents, and the expected duration of the accreditation and transfer of the request to the technical department for a study.

4. Approving or rejecting the request from the competent technical of concerned section.

5. Notification of the client by text messages and also receive a certificate of accreditation or rejection. In the case of rejection; a reason will be describe in the text message.

 6. Please do not review Al Ain Distribution Company before exceeding the period specified for the accreditation, as it will not deal with the auditors
