Service Name

Getting account clearance certificate after clearing due amount on account and close it. The customer can apply this request in two situations:

1.       Upon tenant request to close his account when leaves the premise.

2.      Close tenants account by property owner or investor, when tenant leaves the premise without paying all due amounts on account and close it.

Number of steps / duration

         If requested by account holder (Final Clearance), it should be applied thought Call Center or E-Service by faxing or attaching the follow documents;

  Valid Emirates ID card

  Power of attorney copy in case of representative.

  Account number

  Trade/Factory/Tourism license in case of trading account.

         If requested by landlord or investor (Legal Clearance), visit Customer Service Centers with following documents;

  Sign premise vacancy recognition form.

  Valid Emirates ID card

  Power of attorney copy in case of representative

  Copy of the tenancy or investor contract

  Numbers of Accounts/ Meters

  Head Letter ( for Governmental Accounts)

Required Documents

Final Clearance when requested through;

         Call Center 8009008:

o   Call the center and apply request

o   Receive 2 SMS within 48 working hours

o   Visit Customer Service Centers for payment, closing the account, and collecting the clearance certificate.

 

         Website (online):

o   Apply request through website www.aadc.ae

o   Clearance certificate will be sent to the registered E-mail in the account within 48 working hours.

         Receive 2 SMS within 48 working hours

         Visit Customer Service Centers for payment, closing the account, and collecting the clearance certificate.
