 Selling of Obsolete and Scrap Materials

Al Ain Distribution Company, AADC, announces its intention to sell surplus and scrap materials “As Is Where Is & With All faults & Defects” basis through sealed bid envelops with the following conditions:

  • The materials can be inspected in AADC Ain Al Faydah stores / Other AADC sites - as per the bid documents.
  • Bid documents can be collected during normal office hours from 7:30am to 02:30pm, from the address stated below (Participants should come along with Bid Document Fee Receipt).
  • Bid Document Fee: Dhs. 1000/-, (Non refundable) paid at any cash counter of AADC Customer Services Division.
  • Bid Security Deposit: 10% of the bid value in the form of an unconditional Bank Guarantee.
  • Bid Validity Period : 120 days from Bid closing date
  • Bid Closing Date : 15/06/2011 at 12:00 Noon.
  • Bidder has to Bid for the entire lot without exceptions
  • Offers should be submitted to Supply Department, 1st Floor of AADC along with the Bid Security in a wax sealed envelop, strictly in accordance with the bid document instructions addressed to AADC Fixed Assets Committee.
  • Open or unsealed bids will be rejected
  • AADC has the right to reject any offer without reasons' disclosure
  • This advertisement is an integral part of the bid document.
